Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the original packaging where possible.
• Free from customer-caused damage, alteration, stains, odor, or signs of use.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items returned without prior authorization.
• Items that are damaged, altered, or used after delivery.

How To Start A Return

Email support@zhuangculture.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Please do not send returns to our business mailing address unless our support team has provided written return instructions.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary by payment provider, but most approved refunds appear within 5-10 business days after processing.

Original shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and carrier fees are not refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, Or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
