How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Transit after shipment usually takes 7-15 business days, so the estimated total delivery time from order date is about 10-20 business days.

Do you ship from the United States?

Some orders may be fulfilled through international supply-chain partners. Delivery may include international transit, customs clearance, and final-mile carrier delivery.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, in original packaging where possible, and approved by our support team before return shipment.

Where should I send a return?

Please contact support first. Do not send returns to our business mailing address unless our support team has provided written return instructions.

Are the products official intangible cultural heritage products?

No. Zhuang Culture products are modern brocade-inspired handbags. Our designs are inspired by Zhuang textile culture and pattern language, but we do not claim official heritage certification, government endorsement, or museum authorization.

Will the color look exactly like the photo?

We try to present colors and patterns accurately, but screens, lighting, photography, and production batches can create small visual differences.
