How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7-15 business days after shipment. The estimated total delivery time is usually 8-18 business days from order confirmation.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is currently free.
Where will my order ship from?
Depending on inventory, product type, and logistics routing, your order may ship from China or another fulfillment location used by our logistics partners.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We email tracking information after your order ships. Tracking may take 2-5 business days to update after the carrier receives or scans the package.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Cross-border packages may show limited updates while moving between international carriers, customs, and final-mile delivery partners. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only request an address change before the order has been processed for shipment.
Can I return my order?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@zhuangculture.com before sending anything back.
Who pays return shipping?
For preference returns or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error and the claim is approved, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide other instructions.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
We do not charge a restocking fee for standard approved returns. Return shipping and non-refundable carrier, customs, or payment-related fees may still apply depending on the situation.
Should I send returns to the Wyoming address?
No. Our Wyoming address is a business mailing address, not a return center. Contact us first and wait for return instructions.
Are customs fees included?
Unless checkout clearly states that duties and taxes are prepaid, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier fees charged by the destination country or carrier are the customer's responsibility.
