Customs Delays
Some Zhuang Culture products may be shipped across borders. Customs rules, import duties, taxes, and carrier collection practices vary by country and may change.
Duties And Import Fees
Unless checkout clearly states that duties and taxes are prepaid, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
U.S. Orders
Many Zhuang Culture orders are intended for delivery to customers in the United States. Some orders may ship from China or another overseas fulfillment location.
Import rules and fee collection practices can change. If a carrier or government agency collects import-related fees from you, those fees are not charged by Zhuang Culture unless they were clearly included at checkout.
Customs Delays
Customs processing may delay delivery. We cannot control customs inspections, customs clearance decisions, or government-imposed fees.
Refused Customs Charges
If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay required import or carrier charges, the package may be abandoned, returned, delayed, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.
Refund eligibility will depend on whether the package is returned to us in resellable condition and whether non-recoverable shipping, customs, carrier, or payment costs were incurred.
